Job DescriptionWhat youll doEvery person we support is different, so no two days will be exactly the same.
As a Support Worker, youll: Support individuals to develop and maintain their independenceEncourage choice, confidence and involvement in everyday decisionsSupport with shopping, cooking and household tasksHelp individuals access activities and opportunities in their local communityProvide companionship and emotional supportSupport with appointments and social activitiesAssist with medication where requiredProvide personal care with dignity and respect where neededWork alongside colleagues, families and other professionals to provide person-centred supportAbove all, youll take the time to understand each individual and what a good day looks like for them.
