Location: Liverpool, Linksview Extra Care Scheme L25 7FR
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
The Care Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the highest quality care services by managing care workers. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and reviewing individual care plans
- Supervising, instructing, and supporting care staff
