What exactly is Homecare? Unlike hospital or residential care, community homecare is all about enabling vulnerable adults to remain safely and happily in the place they love most - their own homes! You'll be building relationships, providing vital companionship, and helping people maintain their dignity and independence.
Whether it's sharing a cup of tea and a chat, or assisting with daily personal routines, you are the friendly face that brightens their day and brings peace of mind to their families.
As part of our community team, you will be supporting clients across the following areas:
- £12.71 to £13.21 per hour (depending on shift times and experience).
- Mileage paid for your travel between clients!
- Shifts 7 Days a Week
- Day Shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM - 3:00/4:00 PM
- Evening Shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is strictly required for travel between clients.

You’ll help with:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect - bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
- Assisting with medication preparation and administration
- Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely
- Carrying out light domestic duties - laundry, making beds, light cleaning
- Offering companionship and reassurance - building meaningful relationships
- Monitoring health and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals and family
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided
- Working collaboratively with families and the wider care team
Ideally, you’ll have at least 6 months of social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders! Don’t worry, we’ll help you level up your skills and knowledge as part of our close-knit (and delightfully quirky) team.
While experience is a bonus, we’re really looking for people who:
