In this vital role, you will step in to provide temporary relief to primary caregivers. It is about creating a natural, comforting, and inclusive environment whether that means sharing a meal, having a chat over a cup of tea, or heading out to the shops so their regular caregivers can rest and recharge with true peace of mind.
You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and autistic spectrum disorders, complex needs, mental health issues, and challenging behaviours.
- Family-Style Support: Seamlessly integrating into their daily life and routine to provide companionship and emotional support.
- Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and feeding with the utmost dignity.
- Household Support: Community Inclusion: Encouraging participation in hobbies, and assisting with community activities to broaden their horizons.
- Medication: Administration or assistance as directed by care plans.

- You don't need formal care experience! A genuine desire to help others with patience, empathy, and compassion.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (Essential).
