Every day is different—and every day gives you the chance to do meaningful, rewarding work that truly changes people’s lives. Whether you’re helping someone start their day with dignity or providing comfort in the evening, your care truly matters.

We are currently looking for compassionate Care Professionals to join our dedicated branch covering Hertsmere and South Hertfordshire. Whether you are looking for a fulfilling career change, returning to work, or simply want a role where your empathy is valued, we will give you all the support and training you need to thrive.

As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling to support clients within their local communities. We proudly provide high-quality care across the region, primarily covering:

  • Potters Bar & Surrounds (EN6): Potters Bar, South Mimms, and Darkes Lane.
  • Borehamwood & Elstree (WD6): Borehamwood and Elstree.
  • Radlett & Shenley (WD7): Radlett and Shenley.
  • Bushey & Surrounds (WD23): Bushey and Bushey Heath.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role due to the geographical nature of the rounds.

  • Highly Competitive Pay: £14.70 – £16.50 per hour + 30p per mile.
