Location: OL1, OL8, OL9, OL2, OL4

Pay: £13.60 per hour plus 15p per mile fuel allowance

Shifts: Full-time and part-time positions available. Range of shifts between 7:00 am and 10:30 pm, including some on-call duties, care work, and weekend work.

Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

What you’ll do:

  • Support and review individual care packages, including needs and risk assessments
  • Work with Care Coordinators to support effective rota planning
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Care Assistants in the field
  • Shadow new starters and carry out observations and competency checks
  • Take part in multi-disciplinary reviews and complete accurate records

You’ll be a trusted senior presence, helping to maintain high standards of care and support team development.
