We are looking for a motivated, friendly and chatty care/support worker to provide high-quality care and companionship to a gentleman who lives at home with his daughter.
This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals to live as independently and positively as possible.
The role includes:
- Providing 12-hour daytime support and wake night support
- Providing companionship, conversation and reassurance
- Supporting with medication
- Assisting with personal care
- Providing tracheostomy (trachy) care
- Promoting and encouraging independence
- Supporting him to maintain his social life and enjoy outings
