We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Complex Care Assistant to support an adult client in their home. This role involves managing a range of complex clinical needs that require regular monitoring and attention. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, proactive, and a reliable team player who demonstrates empathy, patience, and adaptability.

As the client is non-verbal and uses eye gaze technology to communicate, you will play a vital role in encouraging and supporting alternative communication methods to help them express their needs and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Experience with Tracheostomy and Ventilation.
  • Desirable: PEG Feeding, Suctioning, Catheter Care, Bowel Management (Manual Evacuation), Medication Administration, Moving & Handling Equipment, Communication Skills for Non-Verbal Clients.
