City & County Healthcare Group (CCH Group) is a leading UK provider of community‑based care services. We are seeking a Hub Manager to oversee the Southwark Hub, supporting three local branches. In this role, you will manage day‑to‑day operations, ensure compliance, and coordinate seamless customer onboarding, all while working closely with stakeholders to support growth and deliver exceptional service.
Are you a skilled manager with experience in the home care sector? Join our team as a Hub Manager, overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our Southwark Shared Service Hub. This role supports multiple branches, ensuring a seamless intake of new referrals and maintaining compliance across our services, including Domiciliary Care, Reablement, and Semi‑Independent Living. You will be the driving force behind our commitment to excellent service, collaborating with Local Authorities, CCGs, and Commissioners to deliver responsive, high‑quality care. Lead our Field Care Supervisors and Intake Coordinators to onboard new clients efficiently, supporting compliance and growth every step of the way!
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a management role within the Health and Social Care industry, ideally with a background in Domiciliary Care.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the new CQC single assessment framework.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in people management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and drive a team towards business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in building and managing effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem‑Solving Mindset: A solution‑focused approach to overcoming challenges.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with bespoke systems.
- Negotiation and Influencing: Confident negotiation and influencing skills to work effectively with various partners.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working directly with Local Authorities and Commissioners.
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care.
