Job Description: Care Professional – Join a Paralympian’s Team

We are looking for a reliable, motivated and caring individual to join a package of care supporting a client living with a spinal cord injury. Our client is a proud member of Team GB, competing internationally as a Paralympic shooter. Life is fast-paced, rewarding and varied, with time split between intensive training, competitions abroad, and quieter periods at home with family. As part of the client’s “Home Team”, you will provide day-to-day support in their annex accommodation, shared with family and two much-loved cats. You’ll also work alongside the “Away Team” when training takes you both across the UK and Europe.

What the role involves:

  • Personal care and daily living support.
  • Daily clinical support (training will be provided).
  • Assistance with training routines, travel, and competitions.
  • Working collaboratively with family and a wider support team.
  • Flexibility to adapt between busy training seasons and quieter home life.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference while being part of a journey at the very highest level of sport.

Qualifications: What you’ll need About you:

  • Compassionate, reliable and a true team player.
  • Confident with personal care tasks.
