City and Commercial Insurance Group is a growing global business headquartered in the City of London, close to Liverpool Street. We are seeking an executive assistant, based in our London office, for the Group Directors. The ideal candidate would possess the following:

  • Some knowledge of the global reinsurance market.
  • Familiarity in working with colleagues from across the world.
  • Excellent organisational skills in terms of diary management, timely collation of management information in advance of board meetings, and the monitoring of emails to make sure that important issues/deadlines are not missed.
  • Organising interviews for new staff and keeping HR records.
  • Familiarity with organising visa applications and travel arrangements.
  • Ability to take and produce accurate meeting minutes.
