The Role
To recruit, engage, and educate young people and adults through pre‑employment programmes such as the College’s Jumpstart and Employability courses and/or The King’s Trust Team programme, enabling them to develop essential skills, knowledge, and qualifications that support progression into positive destinations.
What Will You Bring to the Role
- Determination: To support learners to meet personal needs, general welfare and wellbeing.
- Perceptiveness: To provide guidance and support to learners, some of whom may have social, emotional or behavioural/learning difficulties.
- Adapting: To assist and support learners during their learning sessions and courses and to facilitate learners' learning.
- Problem Solving: To arrange and accompany learners on work experience placements, excursions and deliver outdoor activities; this may involve driving college vehicles.
