The Role
Are you a strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for education and skills? We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Director of Strategic Growth & Engagement to join our College Management Team. This is a pivotal senior leadership role, responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening employer and stakeholder partnerships, and enhancing the College’s long-term financial resilience. You will lead the development and delivery of business engagement and sale strategies to grow commercial income, expand employer engagement, and position the College as a leading provider of skills and training. You will also play a key role in shaping and growing our diverse commercial portfolio. We are looking for a proven leader who can combine strategic vision with delivery, build high-impact partnerships, and drive innovation across the organisation.

What Will You Bring to the Role
- Strategic Thinking: Provide strategic and operational leadership to support long-term sustainability.
- Collaborating: Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance the College’s income streams, including curriculum leadership, international and higher education provision, and a range of commercial outlets.
- Interpreting: Provide regular reporting and insights to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Analysing: Identify and target key stakeholders to achieve College growth aligned to curriculum areas, sector demand, organisational size, and skills needs.
