The Role:
Our Business Development Officers are vital to develop business growth, generating apprenticeship starts as well as advising employers on courses and training available to them at the College. As part of the employer solutions team you will join an established department that has firmly established relationships with employers across the region, and individual as well as group recruitment targets to achieve annually. Your role will be to develop new business opportunities in your designated industry areas by generating new leads, managing leads through the decision making process, supporting with account setup and apprentice or student onboarding, and finally handing over the employer and their students to the relevant curriculum area.
