The Role
- Drive the development and implementation of future skills programmes aligned with local labour market needs and national guidance.
- Build strong partnerships with schools, employers, and external agencies to create clear progression pathways.
- Lead curriculum design and delivery for learners aged 14-16 through to adult learners.
- Monitor and evaluate programme impact, using data to inform continuous improvement.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
What we\βre looking for
- Level 5 teaching qualification (essential).
- Experience in curriculum leadership and managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of post-16 education, training options, and labour market trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver financial efficiencies.
- Highly organised, with a flexible and proactive approach.
