Are you an experienced administrator? Perhaps you work in accounts or on reception and are looking for a change? We are looking for a diligent administrator with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy to support the Financial Advice team with day to day duties. You will primarily support the Finance Advisers with data entry using various programmes including MS office Excel, EBS and a bespoke CRM database called Pay My Student to process free college meal support and bursary payments.

The post requires a high level of team work whilst providing excellent customer service to the Advice Shop users. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a professional organisation and learn a variety of transferable skills. The post will be based at the heart of college in our busy and dynamic Advice Shop, working with team of like minded people focussed on excellent customer service and student success.

The post will include some evening and weekend work throughout the year and may require additional hours in peak times over the Autumn term.

Applicants should have excellent communications skills and Literacy and Numeracy qualifications at level 2 or above. IT competency is also essential.
