The predicted salary is between 13688 - 16349 Β£ per year.
This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join the School of Higher Education. This role will include operating as the course leader and teaching on our Level 3 Access to HE Computing adult provision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide course leadership, by overseeing the day to running of the course
- Design and deliver teaching units on the Access to HE Computing course
- Work collaboratively with the Personal Development Coach and wider support teams to ensure that adult learners are well supported and prepared for their next steps or higher education study
Skills / Experience Required:
- A recognised teaching qualification
- Experience of teaching adult learners
- Industry experience in computing or related field
- Curriculum and unit development experience
- Knowledge of CAVA qualification would be desirable but not essential
You will be responsible for the teaching, development and planning of the curriculum area and implementing strategies for the delivery of an effective, high-quality curriculum.
