The Role:
- Handling, movement, and disposal of clinical and hazardous waste
- Operating machinery and equipment safely
- Maintaining a clean and compliant working environment
- Adhering to strict health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
The Ideal Candidate:
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Previous waste, warehouse, or industrial experience is beneficial but not essential
- Able to work both day and night 12-hour shifts on a rotating shift pattern
