Job Description:

WAREHOUSE FORKLIFT OPERATIVES

Temporary on-going

Monday to Friday 06.15am to 15.45pm (45hrs)

WEEKLY PAID

OWN TRANSPORT REQUIRED due to location

Whether you are seeking short, long or permanent work this client considers all. Working within a busy warehouse/production environment. You will be required to operate and monitor production and/or warehouse equipment as per the company’s standard operating procedures. This role will require overtime over at weekends during busy periods.

  • Be required to step into supervisory / line leader role as and when required
  • Lifting and moving stock to allocated locations around site
  • De-boxing up to 20kg blocks of cheese and lifting them onto a conveyor
  • Assisting production teams to ensure the smooth transition between departments

CV will show:

  • Experience of working in a food manufacturing/ warehouse environment
  • Contributing to improvements in quality and performance targets.
  • Food Hygiene – Level 2. Training will be given if not already held
  • Able to work in a role that has physical demands
  • Basic IT, numeracy and literacy skills
  • Team player and pro-active

Candidates must hold:

  • Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
