Are you an experienced Fee Earner looking for your next career move? We are recruiting for a Qualified Property Lawyer (Conveyancing) to join our client on a permanent basis. You will be joining a well-established company and friendly team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing an interesting and diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing.
- Providing precise, practical and effective advice and support to clients and other members within the conveyancing team.
- Ensuring efficient client representation while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Requirements:
- A qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years + PQE or FCILEx/Licensed Conveyancer status.
- Strong interest in residential conveyancing.
- A good level of experience of acting in residential conveyancing matters.
- Preferably some experience in commercial conveyancing but this is not a pre-requisite of any application.
