We are seeking a Business Support Administrator with excellent administrative, interpersonal, and written communication skills, along with strong attention to detail and confidence using the Microsoft 365 suite. This agency role will provide task-specific administrative support to services and the Operations Management Team, working alongside an experienced Business Support function. You will be joining an established, highly skilled team and will work flexibly to support services where the need is greatest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing service email inboxes and communications
- Supporting general service and operational system needs
- Responding to email queries and customer service reports
- Liaising with service supervisors and business support colleagues to ensure service continuity
- Using corporate systems to support day-to-day service delivery
Skills & Experience Required:
- Practical working knowledge of MS365, particularly Microsoft Teams (including use for service development and service management)
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and respond to differing service needs
- Experience working within structured processes and systems
Details:
- Location: Lymington
- Hours: 30 hours per week (6 hours per day, Monday to Friday) 9:00am – 3:30pm, including a 30-minute lunch break
- Assignment Length: 8 weeks
- Pay Rate: £14.48 per hour
- Start Date: As soon as possible (to be agreed)
