- Early Mon – Thurs 06:00‑14:25, Fridays 06:00‑12:40
- Late Mon – Thurs 12:15‑22:40, Fridays 12:30‑19:10
Pay: £12.86 per hour plus £17.01 per shift (shift allowance). Immediate start. Weekly paid.
Our client is seeking a LASER OPERATIVE to join them on an ongoing temporary basis which could lead to a permanent role at the client’s discretion. This role requires hyper focus on accuracy. You will operate a laser cutting machine to create precision components, maintain detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to high standards of quality using CAD generated files to produce precision components according to drawing specifications.
Must be able to work Monday to Friday rotating shifts between early and late.
You will have:
- Experience using engineering machinery
- CAD experience or willing to learn
- Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and quality driven
- Dexterous, structured and methodical
- Confident communication skills
- Team player
