We are recruiting for a INDUSTRIAL CLEANER (LATE SHIFT) to join our client on a temporary to permanent basis. Permanent contracts are available for suitable candidates at the client’s discretion once 12 weeks have been completed via CCR. This is a busy, expanding food production environment seeking an experienced cleaner. This role is a physical manual labour role. You will be responsible for:
- Cleaning machinery, spills, sweeping and disposing of rubbish thoroughly
- Safely diluting industrial cleaning chemicals and using them at the appropriate levels
- Keeping cleaning supplies stocked by informing management when low
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a hazard free environment
- Uphold cleanliness standards in accordance with industry regulations
- At times, lifting and moving various food products, working on a food production line that involves machines and ovens.
You will be:
- Experience in industrial cleaning ideally food production environments.
- Knowledge of COSHH procedures
- Reliable and hard-working
- Confident to work in busy production environments
