The Role
You’ll be working closely with a highly experienced Head Chef, preparing and cooking fresh ingredients to a consistently high standard. The role involves producing food for all areas of the hotel, with a strong focus on a premium branded steakhouse restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting in food preparation and service
Ensuring food is cooked and presented to brand standards
Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen
Supporting the wider kitchen team in day-to-day operations
Contributing to a positive and professional working environment
