Temporary on-going (Could lead to permanent) Monday to Friday 08.00am to 17.00pm £14.15 per hour Immediate Start Weekly Paid
We are looking for an ENGINEERING ADMINISTRATOR to join our client in Beaminster on a temporary on-going basis. This could lead to a permanent role at the client’s discretion. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining systems and processes to ensure the engineering and maintenance teams are supported.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance system upkeep & Co-ordination
- Spares inventory management
- Holiday schedules
- Supplier management
- Keeping trackers of spending against budget
- Contract document control (i.e.: system to know when contracts could be coming up for renewal)
- Analysis of data from PPM system and/or other query logs
- Assist EMM with project management
- Monitor Site Maintenance and facilities work orders are carried out in set timescales
- Raising of PO’s to support all the above
- Adherence to Food Safety / H&SE requirements / Quality and COSHH
What we need from you:
- CV showing previous admin experience in the Manufacturing sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passport OR Birth Certificate with National Insurance Proof
