Our client is seeking a MOBILE PLANT OPERATIVE to join them on a temporary basis but for the right candidate could lead to a perm role. Working on an active site, in all weather conditions. You’ll be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of mobile plant machinery.
You will have experience using mobile plant including dumpers, loading shovel, and excavators. Operate fixed and mobile plant as instructed by the Quarry Manager, in a correct and safe manner. Carry out repair and maintenance work on fixed and mobile plant. Provide cover for the Foreman or Weighbridge Operator in their absence.
Candidates must hold:
- CPCS Red or Blue card
- Mechanical knowledge of mobile plant
- UK Driving Licence
- Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
