The Role includes:
- Preparing, cooking, and serving meals to a high standard
- Managing stock control and placing food orders
- Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries
- Ensuring allergen and food safety standards are consistently met
- Monitoring food and equipment temperatures and maintaining hygiene practices
Some travel to nearby local sites may occasionally be required.
About You:
- Strong cooking and food preparation experience
- Confidence leading a small team
- A flexible, hands-on approach and ability to work under pressure
- A good level of general education, including English and Maths
Desirable but not essential:
- Level 3 Food Safety qualification
