We are recruiting for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client on a permanent basis. Located in the historic town of Beaminster, you will be joining a well-established company and a friendly team.
As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing an interesting and diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing.
- Providing precise, practical, and effective advice and support to clients (and where appropriate other members within the conveyancing team).
- Ensuring efficient client representation while maintaining the highest standards of service.
What we need from you:
- A qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years + PQE or FCILEx/Licensed Conveyancer status.
- Strong interest in residential conveyancing.
- A good level of experience acting in residential conveyancing matters.
- Preferably some experience in commercial conveyancing, but this is not a prerequisite.
