What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a large fleet of Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs).
- Diagnosing faults and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and safe for rental.
- Working on major brands including Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit, and VW Transporter.
- Completing vehicle health checks and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Maintaining a high standard of 'first-time fix' to keep the fleet moving.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Proven experience working in a professional garage or fleet workshop environment.
- Confidence working with LCVs/Vans is highly desirable.
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- A reliable, hardworking professional with their own basic tool kit.
