Our client is seeking BLENDING OPERATIVES to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. This client operates 24/7 producing a product that we use every day and ships them around the world. You will be working day shift only, within a busy production/warehouse factory.
- Receive raw materials deliveries, from internal/external deliveries, putting into relevant racking.
- Ensure ongoing daily segregation, both in the raw and blended states.
- Weighing and milling of ingredients.
- Build blends according to the BOM sheet.
- Use lifting aids as appropriate – Pedestrian stacker, pallet truck, FLT and Palamatic bag lifter.
- Blend and infusions in line with blend plan.
- Ensuring bulk bags and totes are filled correctly in line with food and safety requirements.
- Clean and/or purge the blenders as required.
You will be:
- Competent in numeracy, written and spoken English.
- Have computer skills, required to create the relevant paperwork for production.
- A team player.
- Pro-active and energetic.
- Have a can-do approach.
What we need from you:
- CV showing previous food production or warehouse experience.
- FLT licence would be an advantage.
- Passport OR Birth Certificate with National Insurance proof.
