AMUSEMENT/RIDES ASSISTANT MANAGER
Weymouth
Permanent Position
Full-Time, 42.5 hours per week (including weekends and evenings)
Immediate start
Our client is seeking AMUSEMENT/RIDES ASSISTANT MANAGER to join them on a permanent basis. You will report directly to thePark Managerand assist with the day-to-day operations of the park, with a key focus onproactive and reactive maintenance.
We’re looking for someone energetic, ambitious, and reliable, with the ability to drive efficiency across all park areas, including guest experience, grounds, health and safety, and administration.
You will also have ahands-on approachto maintenance and ensure that our facilities stay intip-top condition. You will also be required to beon-call from time to time after hours.
CV must show:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the holiday park, leisure, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for outstanding customer service.
- Experience in budgeting, stock control, cost management, and meeting performance targets.
- Coaching and team development skills tomotivate and empowerthe team.
- Hands on maintenance experience within the leisure and hospitality sector.
- Experience with developing compliance programmes within the leisure and hospitality sector.
Candidates must hold:
- Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
