£13.50 per hour + paid travel time + mileage

What will you actually do?
No two days are quite the same.
You might be helping someone get ready for their day, supporting with medication, preparing breakfast, popping to the shops, going out for a coffee, supporting someone with their hobbies or simply sitting down for a proper conversation.
You may also support people with:
- Personal care
- Medication
- Meals and drinks
- Household tasks
- Shopping and appointments
- Mobility
- Social activities
- Maintaining independence at home
Most importantly, you'll help people feel safe, comfortable, listened to and in control of their own lives.
Never worked in care before?
That's absolutely fine.
We're much more interested in who you are than whether you've worked in care before.
If you're kind, dependable, comfortable talking to people and the sort of person others know they can rely on, we'd like to hear from you.
We'll provide your induction, training and ongoing support.
Already experienced?
Great. We also want experienced carers who are ready to develop.
CityCare offers opportunities to progress through roles including Peer Mentor, Senior Carer, Practice Lead and Care Coordinator, with training and development available along the way.
Before you apply
This is a community-based role, so you must:
- Live locally
- Hold a driving licence
- Have access to a car
- Already have the right to work in the UK
