We are looking for compassionate carers to support clients in their homes across Devon and Plymouth.
Responsibilities
- Supporting people with their daily routines
- Personal Care
- Preparing meals
- Tidying and cleaning around the house
- Helping people with their hobbies
- Popping to the shops, or accompanying people on outings or appointments
- Chatting to people about their lives, wishes and thoughts
- Making sure people are comfortable, happy and safe
- Helping with medicines
