Role Overview: As Case Manager, your ultimate role will be to oversee & drive forward a pipeline of cases from initial enquiry to funded loan. You also do not have to have worked for a lender or bank, experience within a brokerage or real estate finance advisory is very relevant. Lastly, due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of their workload.
Ideally, you will demonstrate:
- Previous case management or loan administration experience within property lending
- Excellent time management & prioritisation skills
- Capable of managing multiple loans simultaneously
- A strong attention to detail and capable of noticing threats & opportunities
- A good communicator with the ability to engage multiple loan stakeholders

Throughout, salary will be complemented by access to our client's favourable bonus scheme that will assist with increasing annual earnings. This is a remote role. Attendance at the office may be required but is not currently expected to be more than once per month.
