Role Overview
As Case Manager, your ultimate role will be to oversee & drive forward a pipeline of cases from initial enquiry to funded loan. You will be mindful of key SLAs and borrower requirements & will work closely with both the sales and credit functions to achieve this.
Within the role you will assist by communicating with brokers, borrowers and other loan stakeholders to identify & onboard the relevant information and documents for deal assessment. Once the case has been built, you will ensure that each step is taken to ensure the deal is assessed and where required, passed to underwriting & credit for review. xgikmsk
Whilst the loan is in the pipeline, you will continue to support the brokers and professional panel with updates and requests and will update BDMs/Underwriter on requirements as needed.
