Traffic Marshall Supervisor needed in Bank Station * Location: Bank Station, London * Start Date: 28/08/2025 * End Date: 09/09/2025 * Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour (CIS) * Hours: 07:30 – 18:30 (10.5 hours paid per day) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall Supervisor to cover a busy construction site based near Bank Station. This is a temporary cover role running from 28th August 2025 to 9th September 2025. On the first day, you will work alongside the existing Supervisor to receive a full handover. Following this, you will be responsible for independently managing the Traffic Marshalling operations on site. Duties and Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate site traffic marshals to ensure safe and efficient movement of vehicles and plant around the site. * Maintain compliance with site health and safety requirements at all times. * Conduct toolbox talks and briefings as required. * Ensure delivery and collection vehicles are managed in line with site procedures. * Monitor site access points to control traffic flow and ensure pedestrian safety. * Report any incidents, near misses, or health and safety concerns to site management. * Support wider site logistics and traffic management planning when required. Requirements * Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall ticket. * Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certificate. * Proven experience supervising traffic marshals or similar roles on construction sites. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and take responsibility for traffic management operations.
