Site Supervisor needed in Aldermaston * Start Date: Immediate * Duration: Long-term (Government Project) * Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour (CIS) * Hours: 07:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday) * Hours Paid: 9.5 hours Job Description We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a long-term Government project in Aldermaston. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. Duties and Responsibilities * Supervising operatives and subcontractors on site. * Ensuring works are completed in line with site health and safety standards. * Carrying out toolbox talks and site inductions where required. * Reporting to the Site/Project Manager with progress updates. * Monitoring site operations and resolving any issues on the ground. * Enforcing compliance with site rules, RAMS, and quality standards. Requirements * Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certificate. * Valid Gold CSCS card (minimum). * Previous experience supervising teams on construction projects. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Ability to manage day-to-day site issues effectively.
