We are seeking a proactive and organised Removals Move Manager to join our established removals and storage business in Hertfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the smooth coordination of domestic and international corporate relocations, ensuring every move is handled efficiently, professionally and with exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate complete door-to-door removals services for corporate clients.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with KPIs and contractual requirements.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and advice throughout the moving process.
- Liaise with agents, service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Manage operational and financial aspects of each move, ensuring all transactions align with agreed rates and specifications.
- Monitor consignment tracking worldwide to guarantee seamless shipment handling.
- Support the Team Leader in developing client relationships and onboarding new accounts.
- Handle all related administration using the company’s centralised systems.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support team and business objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident telephone manner and a professional, positive attitude.
- Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
