This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours and immediate starts for reliable and hardworking individuals. You will play a key role in supporting trades and site teams with general labouring duties, maintaining site safety and cleanliness, and ensuring that materials and equipment are handled correctly. We are particularly interested in candidates who live locally within the Waltham Forest borough, although all applicants are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.

  • Full PPE (safety boots, hard hat, high-visibility vest) required.

This role is paid through a PAYE Umbrella company, which means you are employed by the umbrella company rather than directly by the end client. The umbrella company processes your pay, deducting standard employment costs (such as Employer’s National Insurance, holiday pay, and apprenticeship levy). The assignment rate of £16.40 per hour includes these employment costs, and your final take-home pay will be shown clearly on your payslip after deductions. If you’re unsure how this works, we’ll happily explain the process in more detail before you start.
