We are currently seeking an experienced Handyman for a short-term assignment on a construction site in Kilburn. This is a two-day requirement commencing on 19/02/2026.
The role will involve carrying out concreting works to designated ground floor areas across three residential blocks. These areas were not previously screeded and now require finishing works. All materials will be provided on site.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out concreting works to specified ground floor areas
- Levelling, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces
- Using trowels to achieve a clean, even finish
- Supporting general finishing tasks as required
- Maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards
- Working efficiently to meet programme deadlines
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Valid CSCS Card – Blue Preferred
- Proven experience with concreting / finishing works
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own trowels and basic hand tools
