Hoist Operator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Hoist Driver to join a busy construction site in Bracknell. This is a long‑term opportunity offering consistent hours for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating the hoist safely and efficiently on site
• Transporting materials and personnel as required
• Carrying out daily checks on hoist equipment
• Ensuring all operations comply with site health & safety regulations
• Communicating effectively with site team and management

Requirements

• Valid CPCS Hoist Operator Card
• Previous experience operating hoists on construction sites
• Good understanding of site safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
