- Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Duration: 5-6 weeks
We are currently recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshal for a 6 week construction project based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
The Traffic Marshal will be responsible for the safe coordination and control of vehicle movements on a busy construction site. You will play a critical role in maintaining site safety standards and ensuring compliance with project-specific Health & Safety procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directing and controlling site traffic in a safe and professional manner
- Banking plant and delivery vehicles
- Managing pedestrian and vehicle segregation
- Monitoring site access and egress points
- Communicating effectively with drivers, site management and operatives
- Supporting logistics operations where required
- Ensuring compliance with site RAMS and Health & Safety regulations
- Reporting hazards, near misses, or incidents promptly
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman ticket – Required
- NPORS equivalent – subject to confirmation
- Proven experience working as a Traffic Marshal on construction projects
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures
- Full PPE
- Right to work in the UK
- Must be able to reliably commute to Penn, Buckinghamshire
