Munnelly Support Services is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support operational and compliance functions at Bishop's Stortford / Essex Area. This role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to operational and management teams
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in line with company and airport requirements
- Process data entry, reports, and correspondence accurately and efficiently
- Support onboarding and compliance administration, including right-to-work and vetting documentation
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and general office activities
- Respond to emails, telephone enquiries, and internal requests professionally
- Assist with timesheets, payroll-related administration, or staff records where required
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are maintained at all times
- Liaise with internal departments and airport stakeholders as necessary
Candidate Requirements
- Previous administrative or office-based experience preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good standard of written and spoken English
- Competent with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional and confidential approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Airport or compliance-based administration experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
