Finishing Managers (2 Positions) * Location: Clapham, London * Project Type: Nearly Completed Residential Development * Contract: Temporary/Project-Based We are looking for 2 experienced Finishing Managers to join our team for a prestigious project in Clapham. The role involves conducting outstanding and functionality checks on a nearly completed site, ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct room-to-room inspections, identifying snags and uncompleted works. * Use the Daylux system on an iPad to create and manage snagging lists. * Coordinate with the site team to ensure all issues are resolved promptly. Requirements: * SMSTS Ticket (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). * CSCS Card (Black card preferred). * First Aid Certificate (3-day course). * Previous experience in finishing works and snagging. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards. * Familiarity with snagging software (Daylux preferred). * Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
