We are currently working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the electrical installation on a new-build care home project, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the electrical installation on a new-build care home project
- Oversee the project from design and procurement through to completion and handover
- Coordinate with mechanical, construction, and design teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Liaise with the client, consultants, and subcontractors on all electrical matters
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues to avoid delays
- Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and site safety standards
- Prepare and manage documentation including RAMS, progress reports, and cost forecasts
- Supervise and support site-based electricians and subcontractors
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, ideally within the building services or construction sector
- Background in new-build care homes, healthcare or residential projects preferred
- Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and regulations (e.g. BS 7671)
- SMSTS and valid ECS/CSCS card
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence
