About the Role
The RSBi Stores Supervisor will be overall responsible for the RSBi Stores functions. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of stores’ employees by supporting them to deliver a high-quality efficient service. You will be accountable for monitoring stores employee training requirements and ensuring their training aligns with City Building’s procedures. You will also ensure your team members are sufficiently resourced to fulfil their duties to an excellent standard.
As the RSBi Stores Supervisor you will oversee the new delivery operations for all kitchen drivers, shunt drivers, and retail delivery drivers. You will be committed to ensuring your drivers follow established delivery schedules to maximize client satisfaction and to meet KPI’s. A key requirement of this role is ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation through effective implementation of City Buildings policies and procedures. This will involve continuously reviewing and maintaining quality procedures within your operational area. You will also be proactive in monitoring KPIs and cost control.
What You Will Bring
The RSBi Stores Supervisor will be experienced in stores operations and working at a management level. You will have experience in kitchen and furniture assembly as well as quality control of finished goods. You will be a trustworthy and approachable manager who will understand and respect the diverse backgrounds and learning needs of employees creating an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and respected. Previous experience in working with employees who require additional support is desirable.
You will be a highly effective communicator by providing clear explanation of work concepts and adapting this to suit varying levels of understanding. You will also effectively liaise with internal departments and external clients when required. You will be adaptable and drive changes to internal processes and procedures that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, or improve service delivery. You must possess a full UK driving licence.
