Responsibilities:
- Support the RSBi Stores and Kitchen Admin team.
- Manage kitchen admin processes, liaising with production and stores to provide order acknowledgements, prepare delivery notes, receive store orders, confirm delivery notes and prepare kitchen quotes.
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, providing detailed quotes, product information or resolutions.
- Assist in the implementation of all processes and procedures to ensure effective administration and monitoring arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative duties with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and excellent organisational skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively with the RSBi Team.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- A qualification or certification in Administration or equivalent and experience handling complaints is advantageous.
