Contract: Fixed term for up to 12 months

Responsibilities:

  • Support the RSBi Stores and Kitchen Admin team.
  • Manage kitchen admin processes, liaising with production and stores to provide order acknowledgements, prepare delivery notes, receive store orders, confirm delivery notes and prepare kitchen quotes.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, providing detailed quotes, product information or resolutions.
  • Assist in the implementation of all processes and procedures to ensure effective administration and monitoring arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative duties with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and excellent organisational skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively with the RSBi Team.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A qualification or certification in Administration or equivalent and experience handling complaints is advantageous.
