We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join our Asbestos section.

The Compliance Administrator is a valued member of City Building’s Asbestos Survey section providing administrative expertise and support in relation to the delivery of services in line with business needs. Your work will overlap with the Asbestos Removal section, and you will be expected to assist the Removal section Operations Managers and Administration team in their duties as necessary.

This is a key role in the delivery of an effective, integrated and efficient Asbestos section. You will develop an overall knowledge of City Building, which strives to deliver excellent customer service to our clients, and play a lead role in liaising between Clients, Surveyors and the Asbestos Management team.

You will ideally have proven experience working within a busy team and be accustomed to working to tight deadlines. You will have a positive approach to work and have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills including arranging jobs with Tenants and Customers and dealing with Client requests, complaints and queries.

Proven administrative experience and proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Software is essential. A relevant qualification/certification in Administration or equivalent and experience within using Servitor and DRS, as well as awareness of Asbestos regulations and the need for honesty, integrity, and attention to detail when dealing with asbestos information is advantageous.

You will be required to have a flexible approach to this role. Your contracted hours of work will be 35 hours per week to be worked to suit the needs of the business.

This position is a maternity leave cover and therefore, fixed-term for up to one year.
