About the Role
The Tiler is a key member of the Operations Division, working within the Investment section to deliver high-quality services across the social housing sector. This role involves carrying out wall and floor tiling in kitchens and bathrooms within both occupied and void properties as part of refurbishment projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces, accurately measure and cut tiles, and install a range of materials to a high standard.
- Apply adhesives, grout, trims, and sealants in line with industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Inspect and rectify any defects.
- Respect tenants’ homes, minimise disruption, and provide excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support different areas of the Investment service as needed.
- Work independently or as part of a team, communicating effectively.
