About the Role
The RSBi Admin Assistant is an integral member of the RSBi division supporting the RSBi Stores and Kitchen Admin team. The Admin Assistant supports the smooth running of the organisation through effective administration, system support, and accurate record-keeping. This role also involves troubleshooting issues, coordinating updates and backups, and ensuring smooth communication across teams and departments.
In this role you will be responsible for kitchen admin processes such as liaising with production and stores to provide order acknowledgements, prepare delivery notes, receipt stores orders, confirm delivery notes and prepare kitchen quotes. You will respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, providing detailed quotes, product information or resolutions. You will assist in the implementation of all processes and procedures to ensure effective administration and monitoring arrangements to safeguard the interests of the LLP at all times.
What You Will Bring
The Admin Assistant must have proven experience in administrative duties with proficiency in Microsoft Office Software. You will be a strong communicator with excellent organisation skills as you will work independently and collaboratively with the RSBi Team to ensure smooth coordination with production, delivery, and installation departments. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities to ensure effective service delivery. A qualification/certification in Administration or equivalent and experience handling complaints is advantageous.
